  1. Firstly boil potatoes and beetroot seperately and let them cool
  2. Now remove the beetroot skin and grate and keep it aside.
  3. Now peel the potatoes and grate it ina mixing bowl.
  4. Now squeeze the grated beetroot by pressing it in between your palm to remove the excess water
  5. Mix it with the grated potatoes.
    Now grind oats and sabudanato a powder and mix with potatoes
  6. Now add the remaining ings and mix it well and make a dough.
  7. Now make equal size balls from the dough and make big burger size tikkies.
  8. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry till they are crunchy.
  9. Now cut bun horizontally into two halves..
  10. Cut onion tomatoes and cucumber in round shape.
  11. Take bottom base of bun and spread tomato ketchup over it.
  12. Place tomato cucumber and onion slices followed by beetroot tikki and cheese slices.
