  1. Firstly steam half carrot,2 tbsp peas. steam for 10 min on medium flame. transfer the steam vegetables too large mixing boil also add 3 boiled and mashed potato. And 1 chopped onion.
  2. Further add 1/4 cumin powder, 1/2 tsp gram masala, 1/4 tsp termeric, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chat masala and 1/2 tsp salt and mix well combining all the spaces well.
  3. Further more add 1/4 Cup bread crumbs and mix well bread crumbs helps to absorb moisture from vegetables.
  4. Prepare a slurry by mixing 2 tbsp corn flour,1/4 Cup maida and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl.
  5. Prepare ball size patties and dip in Maida slurry coated with breadcrumbs uniformly. shallow fry in a hot oil keeping the flame on medium. Fry on both sides, until it turns b golden brown. Drain off and keep aside
  6. Burger prepration - firstly in a small bowl take 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce mix well- forming burger sauce.
  7. Spread a tbsp of prepared burger sauce on the bun place a few slice of tomato, cucumber and onions sprinkle Salt and pepper slightly
  8. Other place prepared patties spread some tomato sauce, sprinkle pepper layer with a cheese slice. And cover with another part of the bun.
